    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return (with pictures if applicable).

  4. Returns must be shipped back using the instructions provided by our support team.


4. Refund Policy

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • Refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement of the product, based on your preference.

    • We do not provide cash refunds or bank transfers.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
